Agriturismo Podere Zampiera Vecchia ligt op het platteland bij Imola, op het gelijknamige landbouwbedrijf van Chiara Boschi. In 1999 maakte Chiara de bewuste en duurzame keuze om over te schakelen van gangbare naar biologische landbouw.
De nieuwe accommodatie met logies en ontbijt, de verwezenlijking van de droom van de eigenaresse, laat haar gasten de rust beleven van deze plek en van het landschap dat haar zo dierbaar is.
De agriturismo is ontstaan uit de verbouwing en de volledige restauratie van de oude remise en het voormalige houthok, die grenzen aan de historische boerderij van de familie.
U kunt ontspannen op het erf, beplant met aromatische kruiden en vergeten fruitbomen, doortrokken van hun geuren en opgevrolijkt door hun kleuren. Een verblijf om te genieten van de sereniteit van het landelijke landschap.

We are just back from five days at Podere Zampiera Vecchia and cannot imagine a more beautiful place. You are surrounded by orchards of varied trees, flowers, endless fields of wheat and on the horizon the Toscan hills. Our bedroom was super clean and confortable. Chiara gave us varied and delicious breakfasts. And she is there to give precious advice and tips for your visits. The farm is wonderfully situated as you can reach many of the fabulous cities of the area in about an hour. Bologna, Ferrara, Ravenna of course but also old beautiful villages nearby. We can't imagine a nicer place with a wonderful owner who looks after you and your stay. Fabulous.

Chiara was an absolutely wonderful host! She welcomed us with incredible kindness and warmth, and she was especially sweet with our 1.5-year-old son. She lent us lots of toys for him and even let us feed her baby bunnies, such a lovely experience! The place is stunning, very peaceful, and has a beautiful jacuzzi for relaxing. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and super comfortable. We truly felt at home thanks to Chiara's attentive care and thoughtful touches. Breakfast was delicious, made with love and local products, there was something for every taste! Chiara also recommended plenty of activities and places to visit in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we'll be coming back to stay with her on our next trip to Imola. I highly recommend this agriturismo! Chiara is a truly lovely person, kind, caring, and very professional. We absolutely loved our stay here. Chiara is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to make you comfortable during your stay. She remembers all the things you like for breakfast, she is extremely responsive to any questions or requests and will also help make dinner reservations. Rooms are cleaned every day. They are really nice updated rooms with all the amenities. And she has baby bunnies that she was so kind to let me feed and hold. The property is beautiful and she makes all kinds of things from what she produces on her property. The entire stay was lovely. Still close drive to restaurants and towns. We will for sure be back.

It's a newly opened Agriturismo where they do bed & breakfast services. It is finally a true Agriturismo, where the owner actually cultivates organic fruit and vegetables and sells really good organic products (jams, juices etc.). The rooms are fully equipped and really beautiful. Chiara, the owner, took great care in welcoming us, explaining everything and treating us at breakfast. Very recommended, even if it is out of town. Ah also, there is a typical good restaurant really close for the dinner, very convenient.

Podere Zampiera Vecchia ligt op een paar kilometer van Imola, midden op het platteland en toch gemakkelijk te bereiken, vlak bij de snelwegafrit.
De agriturismo heeft slechts 5 kamers, allemaal met een eigen ingang. Dankzij de ligging is dit de ideale plek voor wie op elk moment een rustpauze wil nemen en de rust van het platteland wil combineren met geschiedenis en cultuur: het historische centrum van Imola ligt op een paar minuten rijden en dankzij de nabijheid van de snelweg bereikt u Bologna en Ravenna in 30 minuten, Ferrara in iets meer dan 40.
Chiara biedt haar gasten niet alleen gastvrijheid, maar verkoopt ook rechtstreeks haar eigen producten uit de biologische landbouw.
Een hoekje rust waar u zich kunt verliezen en uzelf kunt hervinden.

AGRITURISMO
Productie en waardering van de landbouwrijkdom van het gebied
podere Zampiera Vecchia ligt in Cantalupo, vlak bij de snelwegafrit van Imola. Na tientallen jaren gewijd aan de wijnbouw, onder leiding van haar geliefde oma Caterina, maakt Chiara een drastische en moedige keuze: overstappen van gangbare naar biologische landbouw.
Het bedrijf, volledig gecertificeerd door ICEA, verbouwt in wisselteelt zaadbasilicum, graan, duiveboon en aardbeien. Op dit moment beslaat het bebouwde areaal 12 hectare, verdeeld over akkerbouw, basilicum, clery-aardbeien en de heerlijk sappige percoche-perziken (Romea in juli en Baby9 eind augustus).
