What we collect, and why<\/h2>\n

When you ask for information or availability<\/h3>\n

If you fill in one of the forms on this site, send us an email or write to us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the dates you are interested in and whatever you write in your message. We use this only to reply and to prepare a quote: it is the processing needed to act on your request, before any contract.<\/p>\n

We keep these enquiries for 24 months, then delete them. If an enquiry turns into a stay, the data moves to the contractual data below.<\/p>\n

When you stay with us<\/h3>\n

For your stay we process the data needed to manage the booking and the payment, plus the identity document details of the people staying. Reporting guest details to the public security authorities is a legal obligation<\/strong> in Italy (article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security) and we cannot host you without it. We also process the data needed for tax obligations and for the tourist tax, where it applies.<\/p>\n

Accounting and tax records are kept for 10 years, as the law requires. Data sent to the authorities follows the retention rules set by public security legislation.<\/p>\n

When you visit the site<\/h3>\n

The server automatically records some technical data for every visit: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. This keeps the site running and protects it from abuse, and is kept for up to 12 months. The site also uses cookies and measurement tools: you will find the details in our Cookie Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Who we share data with<\/h2>\n

Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed on our behalf, and only as far as their service requires, by:<\/p>\n
