The Owner of Agriturismo PODERE ZAMPIERA VECCHIA is pleased to welcome you and informs you of the house rules, certain that you will respect them and make your stay a very pleasant one.
Reception Service
Our Agriturismo is a small reality, managed by our family, therefore we do not have a 24-hour reception service. Therefore, all guests are kindly requested to inform us via telephone ore email of the time of arrival, to be communicated at least one day before arrival. Failure to give this advance notice may result in long waits for which we apologise but for which we cannot take responsibility or accept request for reimbursement.
Check - In
The delivery of the rooms is scheduled from 17:00 to 20:00 except for different needs of the guests.
Upon arrival, we will ask you for valid ID documents, required to comply with applicable laws. Failure to do so constitutes a criminal offence and authorise us to request you to leave the Agriturismo immediately. All personal data are processes and maintained in compliance with data protection laws.
Room Keys
Keys to the rooms will be delivered upon arrival. Guests will be free to come and go as they wish. In case of loss of the keys, a penalty of €100,00 will be debited to the guest in order to replace the locks.
Breakfast and cleaning service
Breakfast is served from 8.00am till 9.30am.
Rooms are cleaned daily. The sheets are changed every four days. Please let us know whether you have different needs. Extra charges, daily change: 10 euro .
Igienic services
Please make sure you use the bathroom correctly, without throwing anything and by using the proper baskets. In addition, we kindly ask you to switch the lights and the air conditioning when you leave the rooms and to keep the windows shut when using heating or air conditioning. We also ask you not to leave the heating or the air conditioning on with the windows open while you are out. Any waiste of energy will be notified and then debited at the end of your stay.
Smokers indications
We adopt a non-smoking policy in the rooms and the common areas in respect of those who do not smoke and as a protection against fire.
Lost items
Our Agriturismo takes no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to property of yours left unattended in the rooms or in the common areas.
Building damages
In case of improper use or negligence and subsequent damages to the property, its equipment or objects in use, we will debit the amounts necessary for the repairs, replacement or cleaning, as required by the circumstances (at our judgment). For any ascertained theft, you will be prosecuted in compliance with the law.
Silence ours
In accordance with the rules of the Agriturismo and the provisions of Italian Police, we kindly ask to be quiet between 2 pm and 4 pm and from 10 pm and 8 am. We also ask you not to keep the TV volume too high.

Eating or using camping stoves in the bedrooms is not permitted.
Hosting additional guests other than those registered with the Agriturismo is strictly prohibited.
Children - especially when outside - will need to be supervised by an adult, who will be responsible for them, at all times.
Animals
Small size pets are welcome, with an additional cost of 20€ a day. (If the dog sleeps on the bed 50 euro) We provide bowls. Pets should not be left alone in the room or in the common areas and will need to be held on the leash. The owner will be responsible for any damages caused to things and people.
Check Out
Check-out is at 10 am. We ask you to respect the checkout time to allow the cleaning of the rooms. You are free to leave luggage with us at your convenience. Late checkouts will be debited at the cost of an extra night.
Upon departure, guests will have to return the keys.
Disservices
We decline any responsibility for any partial or total disruption in the provision of electricity, water or internet connection.
Before confirming the reservation via e-mail, we invite guests to read our Internal Regulations and to highlight their acceptance.
Last info
No refunds will be given in case of anticipated departure.
The Agriturismo is not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure events (i.e., snow, natural disasters).
The street leading to the Agriturismo is narrow and maximum speed limit is 10KmH and give right of way to agricultural machinery or other moving means. Be careful of the speed bump along the street, near the house.
